Healing has been part of Zoey's family for generations.
Raised in a family of healers, she developed an early appreciation for the body's remarkable ability to recover when given the right support. That foundation continues to shape the philosophy behind Center Point Bodywork today.
Years of training in circus arts taught Zoey the value of balance, strength, mobility, and body awareness. Through countless hours of movement, injury, recovery, and refinement, she gained a firsthand understanding of how the body compensates, adapts, and heals—an experience that continues to influence every treatment she provides.
Believing there is always more to learn, Zoey is passionate about studying with skilled therapists, movement specialists, and practitioners from a variety of disciplines. She thoughtfully combines the most effective techniques and perspectives into treatments designed to uncover the root cause of pain rather than simply masking symptoms.
Whether working with everyday athletes, clients recovering from surgery, or those living with chronic pain, Zoey's goal is the same: to help people reconnect with their bodies, restore healthy movement, and rediscover what it feels like to live with less pain. She believes that when people understand how their bodies move and why they hurt, they become empowered to heal, move with confidence, and thrive.
